Sprout

Sprout is a lovely mini kit by Dandelion Dust Designs. Ginger says : "Calling all gardeners... it is time to get out the gardening tools and begin preparing your gardens for the season. I love flowers but I don't like gardening. Photos of my own garden are no option. But I found a few photos of my little nephew (from a few years ago), very busy watering the plants.

iNSD weekend II

When you buy goodies at Gingerscraps over $20.00 during the iNSD celebration (till May 12) you receive a wonderful Gingerbread Ladies Mega Collab for free. The collab is called Wild Heart and is packed with elements, papers, an alpha, templates, word art and pocketcards. It is really huge and gorgeous.

iNSD weekend

Second weekend in May is traditional (inter)National Scrapbooking Day, with lots of grab bags, 50% off sale, freebies, challenges, fun and games! Always love this weekend, searching for bargains. I must admit, I bought a few items.

Aimee Harrison has a few grab bags this weekend, altered them both. One with templates and one with kits. I used two templates (Singular #5). For the first one I used Forest Path also by Aimee Harrison and for the second one I used Best of Utah by Magical Scraps Galore.

Moments wit Mom

Moments with Mom, the Gingerbread Ladies Monthly mix for May is such a colorful collection! Browsing through all the elements I noticed this pocketcard with the text "I got it from my mama" I instantly knew which photo to use. My mom and I both loved feeding the birds. I have an old photo of my mom and me, feeding the doves on "De Dam" in Amsterdam.

Found also the perfect template, an oldie by Miss Fish.

Take a little time

Take a little time is the challenge reward for May at Gingerscraps. This collection is really gorgeous. So I would say head over to the challenges and go make 10 of them, there are about 30 challenges in total, lots to choose from.

May Basics

Buffet time! Kristmess Designs has released May Basics, all you need to scrap your beautiful May photos. Complete with 5 alpha's and day and date bits. 

This month I love the Buffet colors, they are so springy! I made two layouts, for the first one I used a template by Dagilicious also released for the Buffet in May. Called Bits of May.  

My mom and me

Sunday May 8th is Mothersday. That means in digi scrapping world a lot of releases to celebrate this day and of course all the mom's in the world.

My mother in law passed away in 2010 and my ow mother in 2014. I don't have a lot of photos, but there are a few photos of me and my mom when I was a litte child. I cherish them.

To the best mom is a new collection by Aprilisa. Available at Gingerscraps. There are also matching pocketcards and templates. Just love it.

I forgot

It is the first of May and I wanted to finish my CT thread for April before I start uploading for May.

Than I found out that I forgot to upload two pages. I only did it at Gingerscraps and my Pinterest. Shame on me. Never had this before. So I posted them on a few FB pages and now in my blog.

The kit is called Love blush by Jumpstart Designs and besides the kit I also used Love blush frame overflows.
