I used it off topic but for all the sewers among us, there are some lovely themed elements. For this page I also used a template by ScrapChat Designs. See my previous post about the color blue.
My favorite color is blue! When I go shopping I can't help myself looking at blue clothes. This color suits me best. Not pastel blue but dark or denim blue. Of course I also have other colors hanging in my closet, but most of it has some kind of blue in it.
I had to scrap about it when I saw this collection by ScrapChat Designs. The collection is called This is me and the template pack is Great line of templates six. Both available at Gingerscraps.
My second page is all about coffee, I drink liters of the stuff and when I drink it in a café I have to eat cake with it of course.
We already started the second half of the year, can you imagine that? Time is flying by. Because of our vacation I'm not in time to post the pages I made for Kristmess Designs. But better late than never. July basics is in the colors of the national flag of the United States, and also ofcourse of our own Dutch national flag. Red, white and blue. A beautiful collection!

It is referring to the fourth of July, America's independence day. In the beginning of this year we visited the war cemetry of Margraten. It is a little piece of America in The Netherlands, very impressive. The photos I took are perfectly for this kit.
I told my husband that we never have to forget and that we have to be thankful we live in peace. Not long after this visit Vladimir Putin started his war against Ukraine, sigh, didn't we learn from the past?
Yesterday my hubby and I got back from our vacation. We had a lovely time visiting some wonderful cities in Germany. We were in Bremen, Hamburg, Potsdam and Berlin. It was very tiring, we walked for miles but I wouldn't have missed it. I enjoyed every minute of it. Scraps and photos will follow later!
Now I just have to catch up with some CT duties.
