DSD stand for Digital Scrapbooking Day, but all scrapping sites make it a long weekend, packed with sales, challenges and games. Lots of grab bags too, so time to shop!
Miss Fish templates has this lovely set of two templates called Autumn dreams. This set is available at Gingerscraps for just $1, can you believe it? For this page I also used Autumn Splendor by CarolW Designs, one of my favorite designers.
Stay cozy is a brand new kit by Lisa Rosa Designs. I also used a template by Fun Factory (Lisa and Dagi). Love them both, the template for the paper pieces as background and the kit for the bright colors.
I love all templates by Aimee Harrison, she is so creative! The latest set is called Tucked away #1 and as a CT member of Gingerscraps I enjoyed using two of them. But I'm sure I will use them over and over.
The first one I made with Squirrel, a new release by ScrapChat Designs. The second one is with Nature's finest, an oldie but goodie by Kristmess Designs.
I love these animal parades. Many years ago, in Germany, we saw a lion parade and in Brussels a cow parade. A few months ago, in Doetinchem, there was an elephant parade. Such fun to see all those statues all painted different.
There were 28 of them, we didn't find them all.

The heat is finally over! I can't tell you how happy I am that the temperature has dropped below 20 degrees C. We also had some rain and I can almost hear the plants in our garden sing from happiness. It is also the start of my favorite season; Autumn! Just love to make long walks, wind through my hair and looking for mushrooms to make photos!

Fun fun fun is the name of the new templateset by Dagilicious Templates. The four templates are about celebration. Dagilicious started together with Lisa Rosa Designs the digital scrapbooking brand Fun Factory. the latest collection is called Celebrate life. Well you can guess: template and kit go so well together.
I also used Cupid strikes by Kristmess Designs for my second page. An older collection but still very cute.
Last week my hubby and I spend the weekend in Dwingeloo. There is this lovely hotel called "De Drentse Liefde" It was the third time we spend a weekend there and that is very unusual for us. We never go twice to the same address, LOL
On Saturday we went to Emmen, to visit Wildlands. Another wish forfilled!

Here I am again with another page created with September basics by Kristmess Designs. This time a bit artsy and also a bit white space. This is not easy for me, I usually add a lot of elements.
I can't imagine it is already September. We had a long and hot summer and although the nights are cooler (hurray), during daytime it is still summerly warm.
The first of the month, buffet time. You would expect that the buffet colors would be the colors of fall, but no, they are so bright and colorful, like summer! Just love it.
