Happy New Year

Happy New Year everyone!

It has been a quiet New Year's Eve. Because of the Covid-19 restrictions you could only invite two people at your home. We just stayed at home with the two of us. Normally we go out after midnight to give our best wishes for the New Year to our neighbours. But this year everyone stayed in and the best wishes came by Whatsapp. Hope that everything will be normal at the end of this year.

Hello January, the newsletter freebie by Dandelion Dust Designs has beautiful colors, just like the orange touch. I decided to do a poem every month with the "Hello" collections.

If you haven't signed up for the newsletter, you can do so here!

Fall on the farm

What is your favorite time of the year? Mine is definitely fall! I love the crisp mornings, the falling leaves, the rich fall colors. Love to take long walks through the woods or through the dunes and end up at the beach!

This page is created with Fall on the farm by Dandelion Dust Designs. I just love the colors and did you see this scarecrow? So cute.

The little boy is a son of a colleague of mine, isn't he cute, helping granddad at the farm?

Fall baking

It's been a while since I last posted on my blog. Lately I didn't feel like it because the weather was still so beautiful that I rather was outside. I have been walking a lot lately! Now the weather turned around to fall temperatures, cold winds and rain. So more time to stay in and scrap.

The latest release of Dandelion Dust Designs is Fall baking. You guess right, it is all about baking. I have to admit that I hardly ever bake, but especially for this kit I baked this banana bread with walnuts and coconut. It tasted lovely and I liked doing it. Maybe I found a new hobby!

This kit is available at Gingerscraps here

Indian Summer

The latest kit by Dandalion Dust Design is called Indian Summer. This is how she describes the kit, so true.

It’s fall. No, it’s summer. No, it’s fall. No, it’s Indian Summer! The weather is beautiful with the bright colors of summer combining with the rich colors of fall. This new Indian Summer Digital Scrapbook Kit is just like the weather. Perfectly put together with all of the best colors and elements of both seasons, you will be able to scrap memories from both summer and fall.

Dandalion Dust Designs

A few weeks ago I applied for a guest CT at Gingerscraps. It was only 24 hours on the forum when I got a PM from Ginger, Dandalion Dust Designs. She asked me if I wanted to be guest for August and September. I like her designs, so I said yes. In the last two weeks I completed my pages for these months (can't upload yet, it is not in the store). Ginger liked them so much that she asked me to be permanent on her team. I said YESSS!

So now I'm a permanent CT member. Here is the first page I can upload. It is made with an older kit called Arizona life. It is for the template challenge at Gingerscraps. The template is by PrelestnayaP Designs.
